insufficient lighting round sockets
the breakfast were lovely and acceptable.
The family room lacks sufficient lighting making it difficult to navigate at night. i also found round type holes in the sockets. This was not previously communicated and i had to find an adapter. the pipes rattled loudly when flushing the toilet which disturbed my sleep.

the hotel is located very centrally. i appreciated the spacious, clean room, it was quite comfortable. i found the dedicated parking space to be very useful and convenient for my stay. breakfast offered a decent selection for both meat-eaters and vegetarians.
i could not adjust the tv in the room. signal was not strong enough, it often buffered. the food in the lounge restaurant seemed like standard frozen 'pub grub'. i thought it was quite expensive.

all facilities were good, i found it really spacious. the staff were very friendly and professional. the price to add breakfast was reasonable and i enjoyed it.
i wasn't happy that there were no parking spaces in the hotel car park though the location was perfect!
